What makes us different from other telemarketing companies?

Our staff come from a variety of business backgrounds, and have wide experience. We would allocate to your calls someone who will be interested in what you offer, and will be able to communicate well with your potential clients.

●  Staff are long-term employees; they may be part time, but they are genuinely committed to Sales Team. Generally we have a low turnover of staff.

●  We use up-to-date technology. We use Maximiser, fully networked, backed up daily, and with full IT support.

●  We work to house rules to ensure client time is used productively, and there are minimal distractions.

●  Personal approach: experience means that we are able to talk to business people at all levels and build relationships with them.

Our Approach

●  Approach to appointments: we wish to gain genuine meetings where there is interest from the potential clients, and a need for further discussion. We are not paid by results and so do not feel under pressure to gain meetings that are not genuine. However, we are enthusiastic about achieving success for you, and encourage each other in this.

●  Staff are allocated to specific projects, and clients know who is working on their project. This builds teamwork and trust between us and the clients.

Long Term

●  We develop long-term learning about the client’s products and services and a real understanding of the needs of our clients.

●  There is an excellent atmosphere within the team. This is not a competitive environment, as staff work on different client projects. However, it is supportive, and staff help each other with brainstorming ideas and working through issues together.
